My goal for today is to stay on track and begin C25K. It's COLD here. Will be doing that C25K start on the treadmill...and hopefully ending it outdoors. I signed up for 5K in May. I want to be able to "run" it.

Good goals Puggedforlife!!
I was pretty happy with My turkey day menu, instead of the usual suspects ( green bean casserole with the dreaded cream of mushroom emoticon a HUGE turkey and so on) I subbed a smaller turkey breast ( since it was just me and the hubz) made fresh green beans instead, hubz doesn't like sweet potatoes, but they are a must for me, so I baked a couple with a tad of fresh maple syrup and they were delish!!

My goal for today : get that workout in!!

My goal for today is to plan for tomorrow's Thanksgiving dinner. I already have a sugar-free pumpkin pie and s/f topping for dessert. When I made the sweet potato casserole today I took out a few sweet potatoes and roasted them plain without the topping and marshmallows. Along with turkey and broccoli I will have just a small spoonful of dressing and squash casserole. So I'm not totally denying myself but staying in control and still eating healthy.
