Maybe try finding a protein shake that has vitamins in it?
The big vitamins for me are only omega & vitamin D - both of which I have in liquid form with a shake about 2 days a week... I eat VEGAone, vegan protein powder which is LOADED with vitamins (Half your daily needs - the other half will come by the food you eat) - plus it's dairy free so no dairy phlegm mouth after eating which is good and the protein level is not bad at all.
Good luck! I was taking the chewy gummy vitamins for a while and realized theres hardly enough vitamins in them to have it make sense - so I stopped.
