This sounds like a interesting change I work a desk job 10 hours a week I have been riding my bicycle to work about 2 miles each way to have my exercise but the rest of the week I am working around the house kid sitting a 3 yr autism child some. I have been working the Fast Metabolism diet for the next 25 days or so and have about 15 more pounds to lose. my days vary some times from week to week. any other comments?

Hi Team!

Thought I would pass this information on from Spark Coach Jen.

Its Spark's effort to give you a more accurate way of knowing how many calories you can eat every day, based on your daily activity and exercise.

If you like your Nutrition Tracker the way it is then you don't have to do a thing.

If you're joining Spark and setting up your account past 7/10/13 then the new system will be your only choice.

Once current Spark members make a change, you can't switch back... so choose carefully.
