This sounds like a interesting change I work a desk job 10 hours a week I have been riding my bicycle to work about 2 miles each way to have my exercise but the rest of the week I am working around the house kid sitting a 3 yr autism child some. I have been working the Fast Metabolism diet for the next 25 days or so and have about 15 more pounds to lose. my days vary some times from week to week. any other comments?
