That's odd.
That said, my experience has been that docs are often a rather literal breed due to years of having to memorize an enormous amount of information by route... if something isn't worded correctly, said the way they learned it, misspelled or mispronounced, they don't like to take an educated guess or fill in the blanks.

Which is prolly just as well in this case, as it does involve your health and emotional well being. Can't blame you though for being impatient and wanting to know what's going on in your own body.

If I was a betting woman, the odds are that my two interpretations are correct, based on what you've told us about your journey.
The one I'm more interested in is the business with the histocyctes. How they impact your diagnosis. So if you wouldn't mind filling me in on this, when you find out, it would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps this information will come in handy in the future on this forum.

Thanks!
Hang in there, you.

Bottom line... you need to ask your doctor what this means.
There are several things misspelled.

What I can deduce:
"Microscopic diagnosis
Thyroid, left
focal papillary hyperplasia "

The sample taken from you left thyroid gland had evidence of papillary cancer when examined under the microscope.

"single parathyroid glade idenetifies"
I think that's "single parathyroid gland identified" and sounds to me like they took a parathyroid gland for analysis. This would also explain why you had a problem regulating your calcium after the operation to remove your thyroid. Regulation of calcium is the parathyroid's job.

"Lymph node central compartment
sinus histiocytosis"
This sounds to me like they took a lymph node and within the central compartment of the node, they found an abundance of histocytes, which are a type of macrophage... meaning they are a part of the immune system. My thoughts are that histocytes would be associated with a thyroid disease of autoimmune nature such as Hashimoto's.

But I'm not a doctor, so you'll have to ask.
When you get the explanation, do come back and educate us, please.
