That's kind of funny- my FT4is also at .7. I know my TSH is off at 3.10, but I can never remember where the "Frees" should be
Let's be nice to OURSELVES

Your Free T4 is too low!!!!!!! The range is .7-2.0 and you need to be at the top of the range.
Get a free T3 run next time. You may do better on one of the porcines than the synthetic.

I am new to this group and learning alot already. Back in 1987 I had a brain tumor removed which was in my thyroid. I was 7 years old at the time. Since that time I have been on different medications and gained a ton of weight. I only recently am taking interest in getting healthy and feeling better. I have lost 45 pounds since February but have been stalled for over 2 months just bouncing between weight of 242 and 245. My lab results I got back are as follows:
TSH .88 and Free T4 at .7
I feel tired even after working out in the morning. I feel like I should be having more energy. I was taking 100mg Levoxyl but was increased to 150mg with retest to follow in August.
Thanks in advance for any help.
