Happy New Year. I completely support the idea of baby steps. I think that's how a lot of us get discouraged and give up. We have goals that are too high too fast. That 'cold turkey' approach is probably not the best approach. But over the holidays, I did pretty good and avoided lots of overeating, except for some pumpkin pie and sweet potato pie occasionally.

I'm starting the new year off right and staying positive and trying to help others to do the same. We can do this!!!!

Hey Team! I hope everybody had a good holiday and a Happy New Year. As the year begins I know a lot of you are making resolutions and trying to start the new year with a BANG! Just remember to start slow and take baby steps in your journeys. A lot of times we get caught up in going "cold turkey" and making things difficult for ourselves. That's how we end up losing focus and quitting.

Well I hope you guys have a great day and remember to stay positive and focus.

put GOD first!
