Not sure how many people are on this thread, but wanted to write down my weekly goals anyway :)
So last I checked in my goal was to see 188. Did it- whew! Now at 187.6 and have been fluctuating between that and 186.5. I'd like to get to 186 or less next week.
Goal is to get back on the treadmill and commit to my couch to 5k goals and track, track, track.
New Starting Weight (July 2013): 197
Mini-Goal Weight: 175
Next Mini-Goal: 160
Final Goal: 150
