LAST GOAL: 182 lbs.! Halfway to my yearly goal!!!Trying to get there!!!! I did it!!!! 9/28/14
CURRENT GOAL:179 lbs.- the lowest weight that I have been in 20+ years!!Super excited for this one! There will be MAJOR rewards for this!!!

My goal for the week is to get to my Goal of 188.4 by Sat. I will try to make this happen by eating more veggies and drinking more water! Just weighed myself and I did it already!!!! Officially all the way in 180ville!!!!

It seems to be a ghost town in here! My goals for this week:

1. Limit sweets to smaller portions, spacing out to one serving (e.g., eating a few Jelly Bellies more than once a day). Sweets, for some reason, seem to be my weakness right now!

2. Take lunch. Prepare the night before and take with me to work. This will help me out a lot in avoiding temptation.

3. Take a quick walk for breaks. I work on a college campus where there is a great deal of space to walk around. It helps improve my day when I can get out in the sunshine!

4. Take the stairs. I always do this, but it's an important part of my exercise regimen each day.

5. Do my usual 50 minutes on the treadmill at 3.0 MPH, 7% incline. Try to do a little more when I can.

6. Limit shopping trip to one time this week. I am getting a little bit too excited about buying clothes since things look nice on me now and there are so many choices when you get down to a size 12 or below!

7. Finish grading all of my student papers as well as catching up on grading group projects and peer review.

Not sure how many people are on this thread, but wanted to write down my weekly goals anyway :)
So last I checked in my goal was to see 188. Did it- whew! Now at 187.6 and have been fluctuating between that and 186.5. I'd like to get to 186 or less next week.
Goal is to get back on the treadmill and commit to my couch to 5k goals and track, track, track.

New Starting Weight (June 2014): 197

Mini-Goal Weight: 180

Next Mini-Goal: 170

Final Goal: 150

Goal this week is to stay in the 180s. Hi all- just came here from 190-ville. I'm 189.6 this week- hoping to see 188 next week.
Goals to get there include consistent and honest tracking and 12,000 steps a day (minimum).

New Starting Weight (June 2014): 197

Mini-Goal Weight: 180

Next Mini-Goal: 170

Final Goal: 150

I actually used to count calories but I know how to manipulate the system. I may try a new technique this time... the 80/20 rule. Eat well 80% of the time and 'splurge' 20% of the time. Have you done this? Did it work for you? Also, do you have splurge days?

this weeks goals are to drink 32oz of water and no sugar in my tea

taking it 1 day at a time
starting these goals at 205.6lbs
1st small goal: lose 2 lbs done :)

2nd goal: lose another 5lbs DONE 4/17/12 current 197.2

3rd: hit 189! oh ya got this one! 12/21/12 im at 187.2

4th small goal: lose 5 more lbs

5th goal: hit 180!
