-Exercise AT LEAST 1860 MINS A MONTH -At work - climb stairs each day I work -January 18th is last day on beginner's edition of turbo jam -January 21st begin turbo slim 10 day program. Ends January 30th -February start advanced turbo jam -March start turbo fire or chalene extreme -Drink AT LEAST 64 OZ H20 EVERYDAY...If I drank half my body weight that's a bonus :-) -Start following nutrition and fitness plan on january 21st. -After turbo fire or chalene extreme do the turbo fire/chalene extreme hybrid -weigh 170 Ibs (it's been awhile since I've been in this weight range....also to get out of 180ville) -Weigh 160 Ibs (it's been awhile since I've been in this weight range) -Weigh 150 Ibs (it's been awhile since i've been in this weight range) -weigh 149 Ibs (since I started my weight loss journey in 2002/2003...I've never been in this range,,,I'm hoping by May 26, 2013 that I weigh this much :-) that's when I turn 33 years old

What are your renewed Goals this year? My goal is to loose atleast a pound a week and get to my goal by the end of this year. Slow but steady. So this month by goal is to be 179 by 01/15 and 177 by 01/31. Im gonna stay in my calorie range and walk atleast 3 times a week.
