My long-term goal is 145, but short-term is to get back to the 170s by the new year and work towards even just 5-lbs a month for weight-loss.

New Starting Weight (June 2014): 197

Mini-Goal Weight: 180

Next Mini-Goal: 170

Final Goal: 150

My goal is to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight (140 pounds) right now Im at 180 pounds .. Im frustrated because last week I was at 177 pounds and I blew it for 3 days sitting! emoticon

The first goal I am looking to reach is to get back to my start weight from the first time I did spark people in July 2007--177.5 lbs. It's in sight!

Short-Term Goal: Fit into size 12/borderline 10 by NYE. (I'm a 14 now) aka reach 165lb by then
Long-Term Goal: Reach my goal of 127 (lightest I've ever been, aka my pre-layoff in 2009 weight) that way i have no more excuses to use!

Right now Im hovering between 187-189 pounds and Im struggling to lose weight. I was 140 pounds last year when I found out I was expecting my 4th baby and I ended up gaining 85 pounds! (Ending my pregnancy at 223 pounds) My goal is to get back down to 140 of course but that is my Long-Term Goal. My Short-Term Goal is to fit into my size 14 pants (those use to be my "fat" pants) Im 4'11 so it seems like I have to lose a bit more than others to fit into the same size as them ... I also have Daily Goals that are based on what is going on each day or week. When you have a family this size (there are 6 of us) things change pretty quickly and I want to make sure Im always working towards meeting my goals!

Right now I would just like to be down from 189. For the past two months I have been between 188-191! This month I am not getting on the scale and hoping that it will go down by June 30th emoticon

My short term goal is to lose 10 pounds between now & July 10th, putting me at 175 for my 19th wedding anniversary.

My long term goal is 140-145, what I weighed in college. Although I've had 5 kids since then so we'll see if my body is capable of this goal. I'm going to try my hardest to achieve it!!!

I'd love to...

Lose 5-6 lbs a month emoticon

Run a half marathon in less than 2 hrs emoticon

Reach and maintain a 17-18% body fat range (since I've never been skinny I don't know that will look good on me, so it's just an educated guess) emoticon

My goals are:
1. Gradually move out of the 180's emoticon
2. Build more lean muscle emoticon
3, Do some activity either cardio or strength for at least 30 min a day that will get me there emoticon

My short term goals for this week are to exercise for 180 minutes for the week and to track everything that I eat. I also hope to take part in the group mini challenges as well.

My long term goal is (hopefully next year) to hike the Tablelands in New Foundland I need to be fit a healthy to be up for the challenge of it.
