yes I try to keep to the hi end of my range on the days I need it was just a little of on Monday yesterday was about 1900.

Actually the problem is when I am working like this I don't think about food. Have to remind myself to have lunch.you start in the morning and before you know it it's 1: oclock.
This is my second Go I made it the first time but slipped back into old habits. This time i want to reach my goal but have set a second goal of staying under 190 at all times even though my goal is 180.
