Been a way from the computer for a few days so I have not been recording much. Had my annual physical on the 5 of this month. Official doctor scale was 179.5 that made me feel good as 4 months ago it was over 200

I work in the city now, so 2 miles round trip just to the office. I LOVE built in exercise...not to mention I walk up to the 3rd floor to my office.

Good luck with the challenge. I got a jump start this morning. I did a 3 mile hike to start the day. I figure with 30 days in April, we need a little over 3 miles per day to reach 100.

Perhaps they should change the name to not so lean cuisine. Wow 70 grams is a lot for a day, let alone 1 meal.

Well it is Monday and I lost another lb last week. If all goes well I should be at goal in 2 weeks. I am curious to see if the calorie tracker adjusts my intake to reflect a maintenance diet.

Last week was not a great week. I had business dinners several times and had a few things that I should not have had. I have to say that I missed the healthy foods on those days I had to eat out. After living on cheeseburgers and french fries most of my life, I would never have thought I would miss fruit and vegetables. I guess that this has truly been a lifestyle change for me.

Bob, yup, you are right. That is 30 lbs. It is still a great accomplishment. Hey, it is official. You burned more calories last week than I have burned since I started. I am hurting just thinking about how much work you did last week.

The only problem with this physical labor work, is I am not using the treadmill and when this stop by the end of this week(we will have the project done). I will have to get back into the daily exercise habit.

This is my second Go I made it the first time but slipped back into old habits. This time i want to reach my goal but have set a second goal of staying under 190 at all times even though my goal is 180.

I understand. In the past I have worked some very physically demanding jobs. On some days, I would work 8 to 10 hours before I remembered to eat. keep up the great work. I think you have burned more calories in the past 2 weeks than I have since I started.

yes I try to keep to the hi end of my range on the days I need it was just a little of on Monday yesterday was about 1900.

Bob,

Have you considered increasing your calorie intake for these heavy work days? I had a few days like that and needed more food. I felt very weak until I increased the consumption. 7,000 calories is about 2 lbs of fat. A few extra calories probably won't hurt.

I found that my stomach was usually the best judge and ate a little more when I felt hungry. I still lost, but stopped getting the shakes. You have been doing so well I was unsure if I should say anything.

I was so busy yesterday that I did not have enough time to eat. Hence my small calorie intake.

Calories - 1191(1200 - 1550)
Fat - 16
Carbs - 194
Protein - 59
Cardio - 125minutes (1502/ 650)
