Well I decided to zap excuses out of my new year......................... I have an entire library of them. Some used often - some only used for emergency situations and some old reliables.
Right now I have the end of a bad head cold. So my excuse for not walking is ---- no energy with the cold and dont want to get a relapse. I can only use this excuse for today ------------ and then Im retiring it - not to be used again for the 13 week challenge.
what excuse will you use once and them retire?
