Hi everyone!! I just wanted to say Hi, I am new to all this!! I am currently going to a cardio rehab program due to a coronary artery aneurysm, this is after I lost 100 lbs 6 yrs ago & kept it off, but now I need exercise & a healthier diet in my life. I also can stand to lose some more weight. I have lost 9 lbs thus far, I would like to lose 12 more lbs.
