Hi welcome to the team. That is a really good question, unfortunately not on I have the answer to. I would suggest that you do some strength training to start so that you get into a routine. You could also check out the team plus size exercise maybe someone there might be able to help. I hope you knee heals soon. Pat
hey all Monmouth county girl here....i have a great big problem. I got injured yesterday(blew out my knee) and was wondering if anyone had ideas about exercises that I could do without having to bend my knee or stand. Please let me know.
