My fav is almonds. But I also keep lots of veggies and fruits and granola bars around.

my favourite treat is 1/2 cup of vanilla soft serve frozen yogurt (120 cal)
but healthy snacks? i like an apple with a piece of cheese, 1 piece of whole grain toast(i like silverhills 'balanced') with a tbls of peanut butter or if im feeling indulgent green&blacks chocolate hazelnut spread, popcorn of course with a tbls of butter and a tbls of yegivita yeast. i also really love a 1/2cup of cooked edammame beans with lime juice and a touch of salt

Those french twist things (the regular taste just like crispy elephant ears but with 60 calories and they have a ton of flavors)
100 calorie packs in just about anything
Fruit leather (a serving of fruit too!)
Sarah lee delightful bread toasted with apple butter or nugatti
Flat out wraps with peanut butter
Nutrigrain yogurt bars (very filling and taste like cake)
Cold Stone sinless ice cream with nilla wafers and sugar-free butterscotch, and a hint of cinnamon
Target chocolate covered pretzel rods
Almonds (especially the lime chili ones)
1. Cheekas (taste like chips but have no fat or sugar and only like 60 cal per big bag)
3. veggies and dip
4. chocolate rice crackers
I love popcorn!!
They keep telling us to get in touch with our bodies. Mine isn't all that communicative but I heard from it the other day after I said, "Body, how'd you like to go to the six o'clock class in vigorous toning?" Clear as a bell my body said, "Listen bitch... do it and die."

I love non fat yogurt! Pretzels, apples, gummy worms, non fat frozen yogurt, and Snackwell's Devil's Food Cookies! Something else I use as a snack is a bowl of cereal (corn chex or rice chex) with skim milk. Just sweet enough, but no guilt!

Those skinny cow ice cream sandwiches are awesome, and around 140 calories if I remember right...
I love pudding cups, fat or sugar free
And chocolate milk is an awesome treat! I make it with 1% milk and get it as cold as possible. It's a good way to beef up my calcium intake for the day too!

sugar free popcicles made from real fruit juice- 30 cal
Weight watchers giant chocolate ice cream bar- 110 cal(this is my chocolate fix and it helps with the soar throats I get from talking so much when teaching.)
Fruit smoothies made from yogurt, fruit juice, and ice.
Any ideas for filling snacks that are low calorie?
-Quaker Rice Snacks (Ranch)- 70 cals
-Cucumber slices, cider vinegar
-Baby Carrots & Hummus
-Butter free popcorn with hot sauce (Frank's)
-low-fat yogurt (40-45 calories for Dannon light and fit)
-2% cottage cheese
-cookies (kashi TLC or homemade oatmeal raisin)
-Water crackers and fresh cheese (especially soft goat cheese)
-apples and cheese or a small amount of peanut butter is very satisfying
Speaking of Kashi, I like their GoLean Crunchy bar in Chocolate/Peanut Butter (cal 180, 9g protein, 6g fiber).
I also like Luna Bar Nutz Over Chocolate or Harvest Whole Grain Bar in Chocolate Peanut - that's about 240 calories, though, i *think*. As you can see, I often crave chocolate :) Also, I'm often on-the-go, with rarely any time to sit and eat a normal meal, so bars come in handy.
I also like the small cups of cottage cheese. I find yogurt too sweet/sour or something. I still haven't found one I like.
Also, the book The Abs Diet has recipes for healthy/pretty tasty smoothies. I think you can also find them online at menshealth.com - they're totally fine for women. They help get in things like ground flax seed.

I like popcorn. Microwave (the 94% fat free stuff) or made in a pot with olive oil, both are good!
I also like jello puddings (the light ones) because then I get some milk in my diet. Just plain old light jello is good too.

-The mini rice cakes - cheddar is best!
-Unsweetened applesauce but in a variety of flavors
I'm always looking for new snacks that are good for you. I recently discovered Quaker Rice Cakes (I know they've been around forever). They are sooooo amazingly good! Its only $1.60 for a pack of 14 rice cakes and they all range between 45-60 calories per serving. So far my favorite is the peanut butter chocolate chip and I also really like the apple cinnamon and the cinnamin toast. I definately recommend trying them! Heres a list of all my favorite snacks:
1. Quaker Rice Cakes (45-60 cal)
2. Kashi Cherry Dark Chocolate Granola Bars (120 cal)
3. SlimFast Chocolate Peanut Nouget Bar (120 cal - taste just like a snickers bar!)
4. Dannon Lite and Fit Strawberry Yogurt (90 cal per cup)
5. Plain Soy Beans (100 cal per quarter of package)
6. Veggie Crisps (140 cal per serving about 21 chips)
7. Of course fruits/veggies
Thats all I can think of for now. What are some of your favorites?
