hey everyone my name marylynn 25 years old i work and im enrolling into school ive struggled with weight my whole life and im trying to change that now my big problem is i am a stress eater. How do i deal with it ,I try to just let little things go but it just always seems like as soon as i move ahead one step i fall back ten does anyone know ways to deal with stress
goals 10 lbs get nails done (done 06-28-12) 20 lbs get pedicure (done 7-12-12) 50 buy new shoes 100 lbs cloths shopping 200 lbs going on a cruise got along way to go but each day im getting a little closer and in the end i will meet all my goals im the only one getting in the way of my sucess
