i am in love with zumba i have the dvd stopped doing them recently but im about to start back
goals 10 lbs get nails done (done 06-28-12) 20 lbs get pedicure (done 7-12-12) 50 buy new shoes 100 lbs cloths shopping 200 lbs going on a cruise got along way to go but each day im getting a little closer and in the end i will meet all my goals im the only one getting in the way of my sucess
I have a friend that is completely obsessed with Zumba, and I finally went and bought the Zumba workout game for the Wii...I LOVE it! I've done it a handful of times, and it's fun and fast paced and you don't really realize you're working out. I do that as my afternoon workout when the kids I nanny are taking their nap, and then I go to the gym after. It's fantastic!

The first time I tried the class it was about a year ago and I was instantly in love! Its very fast paced as mentioned before (depending on the instructor), I go on the nights where the harder ones teach! Time FLIES and you burn tons of calories (depending on how well/hard you dance) in a simple hour. This is great for me because all of my muscles are worked and my cardio is in and I'm done for the day. Depending on the instructor also, the music is great and motivating; reggae, hip hop, and spanish music makes it feel like you are on a mini vacation! TOTALLY addicted!
I recently tried Zumba with a family member this past Thanksgiving holiday. Wow is all I can say. it's far from you normal workout class. The atmosphere is very fast and vibrant. You workout to a variety of fast songs with a length of 5 min each. I really enjoyed myself and would love to try it again..
