I was a member here during college but now since getting married and settling down, I have started to put on a few pounds! So now I am back here trying to get it back together and get back in shape.
Would anyone else be interesting in starting a boot camp workout team? I found a website that offers 1 workout a week free and I could just share it for the team. They are about a 1 hour workout each week and seem pretty tough!
