Typically I have 3-4 days of awesome'ness'! I stay aware of my food choices, track my food on SP, and try to at least fit in some form of activity. But then there are those day (typically start on friday and roll thru sunday) when I could care less about counting calories!!! EEEK! I try to make a note to track everything on SP now, to see if I can do better each week. One day at a time, and I don't let a discouraging day (or days) bring me down.
