We make home-made popcorn and use seasoning/spices to make it yummy without adding oil or butter. We can eat quite a bit of popcorn with few calories and without going wild.

I like cutting up apples, strawberries and a banana and a tablespoon or two of peanut butter or caramel sauce. It's faux-decadence and I looovveee it.

A simple bowl of red grapes is one of my favorites. I suppose if you want to jazz it up a little, add some fresh berries and maybe pineapple chunks.

Experiment with some low fat dips and then serve fruit and veg galore to dip them in! I also love the make your own pizza thing! If you love ice cream try to find some low cal alternatives like skinny cow or dream delite (OMG!) and make an actual sundae with a chocolate vitatop and fruit - makes you feel like you got to eat a big dessert, which I can usually pull off for under 250 calories. Also, I am in love with those peeled snacks too!

You could make your own pizza - use whole wheat dough and top it with lots of veggies - mushrooms, peppers, onions and just a little bit of cheese. Still pizza, but a healthier version.

Air-popped popcorn would most likely be your best option.If you don't put butter on and get a flavored popcorn seasoning and it is pretty good. As far as ice cream, look on spark people recipes for low cal options. They have a few. It may take a little more planning, but that is a great option. Another is celery with natural peanut butter or low fat cream cheese. If you have a dehydrator you could dry apples for chips and dip them in sugar free whip cream

Hi! So normally on movie nights with my friends we each get a pint of ice cream to eat or end up ordering a pizza--unhealthy I know. I'm looking for a healthier option to munch on during my movie night, but unfortunately I'm not a fan of popcorn. Any suggestions?
