you are off to a good start, keep it up! I am struggling to get out of the 140kg's for the past cpl weeks so don't feel despondent... Because you are exercising, your muscles are getting bigger and better and they say muscle weighs more than fat so don't just go according to scales, measure yourself, you will be amazed!!!!!

Did it take you to start loosing?
I can't hardly work out. I walk and do crunches but anymore than that and a little yoga hurts. They said it could be two or three months till I can really work out good again.
Anyways I'm eating Clean. It's day 6 and I've stayed in calorie range set by my doctor (between 1500-1800).
I feel fat as ever. HELP!
