I've noticed that it's been harder to lose weight - but I always just attributed it to the bad habits I just can't seem to kick and lack of will power in certian situations.
It might be in part to my getting older... I have to work out a little bit more and watch my calories a little bit more carefully. 4 years ago, I could have a weekend of partying and still lose weight. Now, if I'm not careful I'll either maintain or gain and it takes the entire week to get it off again.
...but I hope I'm not slowing down too significantly yet at only 26!
