Congrats for coming back :) I went MIA for a while also... something about weather turning colder depresses me. I also found my way back, and came back more motivated than ever! Who knows, maybe the break was a good thing :)
Thanks, I'm doing the best I can right now w/the holidays its been kinda hard but after the holidays are over I will be doing even better but like you I am trying to be active everyday & make healthier choices.
Good for you for getting back at it!!! I myself am in the same boat. I had started running in the spring and saw some good results with it, however I had to stop due to an injury and now I too have gained back weight I had previously lost. I am back at it now too. Personally, i'm just trying to get into the routine of doing something active everyday and making better choices for myself. Stick with it and you'll see results! :)

Hi there I have been MIA from this site for way to long. Over the summere I got unmotivated, depressed & just didnt want to do anything & have gained 20lbs since May. How did I let myself do that ? So I started back up with wokouts about 2 weeksago & that is going well so now I am also geting the good healthy foods back into my diet. My ultimate goal is to lose the extra lbs plus some by my b-day in June which should be do-able, right ?
