I do the C25K on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and try to workout at least twice a week on top of that. I can't do one tonight though because I'm so sore after yesterday's jog! I haven't felt like this since I first started exercising two and a half months ago! I will be doing a workout on Friday night though. I don't feel like the jogging is enough for me, I need something else too.
say, look at us all! go us!!!!!!! tomorrow i do day 2 of week 3. hey, so since we're all doin this, i might as well ask... do you ladies only do the 3 workouts per week? if so, do you simply rest in between, or what do you do on the in-between-days. i can't quite decide what i want to do, either nothing or just something, haha

I take my measurements at the widest part of my hips, right above my legs looking straight on in a mirror, which happens to also be right across the widest part of my butt. It might be where my hipbones are, but it's been a long time since I've known exactly where that is. o.O

so i was just wondering, when you ladies take hip measurements, where do you put the measuring tape?? i see some people with hips of only 35.5, and i'm thinkin how in the world!!!! even when i only weighed 123 lbs, my hips were still at 37. but then again, i've got a pretty roundish behind, haha. are all y'all putting it around the biggest part of your butt and hips? or around like the hip bones and then taking a separate "bottom" measurement? thanks :c)
