It sounds like you've really been through the wringer, health wise. I've never fought those particular demons, but I know people who have, and I know it's a real struggle, but a strong support network like Spark can really help if you let it. =)

TO GIVE YOU A LITTLE BACKGROUND ON WHAT I AM DEALING WITH TOO, IS THAT I USED TO LIKE EAT CRACKERS AND WATER FOR MEALS AT ONE TIME. AND IN THE PAST I USED TO EAT WHAT WOULD BE NORMAL AND THEN EXCUSE MYSELF TO GET SICK. I HAVE GOTTEN OVER AND DEALT WITH IT A LOT, THOUGH THERE ARE STILL THOSE URGES. I THINK IT GOT TO ME THE DAY THAT I ATE A SALAD, A BIG ONE BUT WITH NO DRESSING JUST VEGGIES AND A TINY BIT OF CHEESE, AND FELT LIKE I DID SOMETHING BAD AND HAD TO GO.
SO NOW WITH A LITTLE SUPPORT FROM YOU ALL I AM TRYING TO DO IT A BETTER WAY. SO I WILL BE ON HERE HOPEFULLY A LOT. THE GOAL FOR ME IS THAT I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE FIVE POUNDS BY MY BIRTHDAY IN THREE WEEKS AND 25 BY CHRISTMAS. I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS REALIZTIC. BUT I AM NOW ALONG FOR THE RIDE.
