Even though I didn't have time to post about Week 3's challenge, I was able to do it. I started the week with a few days going over, but with the start of this challenge, I kept the rest of the week under. Can't wait to see what next week's challenge will be.
This week we are going to make sure we are eating within our calorie and macro-nutrient ratios. By tracking nutrients accurately, it will be easier to fine tune our meals ensuring all of our hard work is paying off!
