Week one - I weighed in at 155.5lbs, down one pound from my starting weight. In week two and beyond, I'm going to try to get more sleep. The later I stay up, the more tired I am the next day, and the less likely I am to go to the gym.

Week 2, Day 1 - None

Post your Week 1 results and one thing you will do differently to have greater (or the same results) for Week 2 weight in...and...

Week 2 Challenge - get in at least 20 minutes of exercise 5 days this week. Post your exercise of choice and amount of time completed! We can do this ladies!
