Hey guys just wanted to ask if there was anyone in here who owned a pilates (sp?) ball or band i do and im having a hard time with it.
my first issue is this i have rheumatoid arthritis so im VERY stiff i cant even sit completely strait and fully extend my legs (you know what i mean a sitting position with the backs of your knees touching the ground) YEAH its THAT awful! so im having a hard time doing the exercises i found on you tube.
Second im BROKE so i have not the money, the time or even the interest in paying for a class if it was free great but there are many other things i would rather do with my money than pay for a gym membership (like pay rent)
third.. i never feel like im doing it correctly or like im really getting a work out. i donít sweat, or "feel the burn" i just get achy and annoyed
so what im looking for is an experienced pilates guy or gal to help me out with some tips and stuff this is a big step for me i feel weird when i work out awkward and self-conscious and i never feel like im doing it right lol
PLEASE HELP any advice would be greatly appreciated!
