Hi there i just joined today and i thought i would come by and say hi!
my name is Cynthia (friends call me Cynn) im a 21year old single mom in the manner that my sons father and i are no longer together. i do have a wonderful live in boyfriend (Justin) he is an amazing guy. My son is 16mos old born May 5th 2008, 8lbs 11oz. and 16mos later im sill not happy with my figure.
when i became pregnant i was a little heavy 175 being 5' 10" and due to an EXCESSIVE amount of water weight gain i got up to 216 at time of delivery!
now im down to about 148 and i still have the mommy pouch of some fat, massive stretch marks, loose skin and thunder thighs.
im trying to find ways to exercise to tighten up my abs, bum and thighs but not with a ton of success because i have arthritis.
if you guys have any tips or ticks to help me out i would very much appreciate it. i do have a pilates ball and band that a friend gave me but it has become more of a toy for my son than for me lol..
Sticky fingers, Dirty face, rugs & pillows out of place. Cars & tractors here & there, trains & boats everywhere! Gold & silver, I have none. But worth a million Is my son!!!
