Not positive but I believe it's possible for your stomach to shrink/expand as well. If you go hiking for a week and eat freeze dry the whole time and then try a regular meal when you first get back your body will revolt for sure. Hopefully after eating less for a week or so you won't be anywhere near as hungry, that's what's happenned to me twice now.

If I'm not mistaking, it is possible for your stomach to stretch. It seems like I've heard that's actually one of the problems with the gastric bypass surgeries, is that eventually, stomachs stretch back out and the people gain the weight back. Not 100% sure, but I really do think I've read that somewhere. You can shrink it back down though :)

Working torward a happier me!

I don't know if the stomach can stretch, but either way your stomach and body are used to eating a certain amount of food and when you decrease it your bound to feel it, but you got to work past that.

Just recently, I have been eating tons more than I am used to. I am not exactly sure why (I think it's emotional due to a breakup), but I have gained 10 pounds (in 2 months)! I am never full, always hungry, and eating an enormous amount of calories every day...

So, because of this I decided to do the turbo jam kick-start 10 day diet. I've done it before, and had no problem with it. The nutrient rich foods kept me full all day.. But now, I'm starving! I'm not sure if it's possible for your stomach to stretch? If it is, I'm hoping this diet will shrink my stomach back to normal... Is that possible?
