5lbs in 4 weeks is awesome! Especially since it's recommended that you only lose 1-2 lbs/week to keep the weight off. I know how you feel though, b/c you are putting in all this work, it's only fair that the scale reflects that...

If you're not eating enough to support all the exercise you are doing so your body is holding on to what it can? Hopefully the link will make better sense.
