Hi I'm new : ) Looking for some motivation... I have 15 lbs to lose. I was wondering how much you lost your first 2 wks (or week) of SP? Did you start out "hard core" and drastically change things right away or did you take smaller steps? I'm just excited to lose ANY weight at this point! I want to see progress on the weight loss chart : ) Its been toooo long!
