Nut butters (any kind: almond, cashew, macadamia, they're all good!)! And bananas! Healthy for me I know, but dang they can pack on the pounds super quick! emoticon

I'm working on having a little bit every day and working them into my calories so I'm not depriving myself and I don't gain pounds either.

this list could go on and on for me... top weakness foods: pizza, chicken wings (but only when I'm home (Buffalo, NY), if I'm in a different area of the country, they are just not the same and not worth even eating... once you've had authentic buffalo, NY wings, nothing else measures up), chocolate, and ice cream

I have a weakness for Salty foods (Ex. Take-out). I have a take-out near my house where they make GREAT food. It's so hard not to go sometimes.

French fries for me too!

And also white carbs - mainly steamed rice. I cannot seemed to control my portions when I make steamed rice. I have switched to brown rice, but because of my weakness I don't cook very often.

Ice cream! Thanks to all the frozen yogurt and light options out there it's something I've been able to stay on top of, but sometimes that naughty double fudge sundae looks good too. =X

ANYTHING and everything chocolate.. Brownies, cake, ice cream, mousse, pudding. My problem is I like a lot of everything.. I'm not to much of a picky eater.

a mountain of pasta. any kind of pasta. sometimes i trick myself into thinking that whole wheat pasta is better because at least it's a little healthier...but let's face it...it's not helping me lose any weight. Ha.

GW: 135 lbs by the end of June!

Treats: 155: New dancing shoes!
150: jeans that fit!
145: a day at the salon! hello cut and color!
140: spray tan? maybe just a day at the beach. ha.

Cheese pizza, especially stuffed cheese pizza from giordanos yum, lucky for me the closest one is 40 min away. But any cheese pizza is hard for me to resist

I gave up Swedish Fish and anything Fried for lent... Im not Catholic but its part of a challenge I am doing. These are trigger foods for me.

Ice cream is a big one too, but I have learned to eat that in moderation thanks to the Weight Watchers individual ice cream servings.
