VJ, How are you doing on this no sugar, no flour? I am a Diabetic Type 2 so I don't eat sugar or very little sugar. I also cannot have gluten due to Celiac Disease so I don't eat wheat, rye or brailey. However, I do have rice flour. Anyway, I give you credit for taking sugar and flour out of your diet. Do you feel healthier? Please let us know how you are doing? GOD BLESS! Louise

I've had the book for some time, but haven't followed it too much. Now it is Lent. As a child we were taught to give up something for Lent. Candy was a popular thing to give up although one year when I was about 10 I gave up butter and oil and lost 10 lbs. in the 40 days. You would have thought that it was a clue to my family but it wasn't.
Now, during Lent, we are supposed to focus on good deeds rather than deprivation. My take on this is that one of best deeds I can do is to do more to make my body healthier.
So, I'm following Dr. Gott's No Flour, No Sugar Diet. I got a lot of fast response on Facebook and support after I posted.
Anyone want to join me? VJ
