Brunette...Don't listen to him :) Go to Fitness and use the search put in bike. It will give a choice of: Stationary Bike Moderate or Stationary Bike Vigorous. Then put in the time you did. I found these close to my gym's bikes. So If you are really into it one day and sweat up a storm I would use the Vigorous. If your having a slower day and just kinda sweaty use the Moderate.

I was biking on my stationary bike last night and according to my bike (my bike doesn't take into account weight or anything) it said I burned 100 calories. When I enter it on SP it says I burned 224 on the stationary bike. If I used the Cycling under 10-11.9 mph (bicycling, biking, bike riding) it's 180 calories.
Another website I used to use often (www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc) says it's 162.
I'm just trying to figure out which one to use so I can get a better idea of how many calories I'm really burning!!!! I hate to have to take an average because then I have to look it up all over the place before each activity. lol.
In the other group people told me that machines that take your weight into consideration are best, well that's not helpful considering my machine does not.
So what is the most accurate calories burned number?
