sounds like you need to read some of the Spark articles and read some motivational blogs ... we all need to boost our self esteem at times .... you should be proud that you are losing weight .... when folks brag about how nice you look ... thank them ... appreciate all those compliments ... don't be afraid of them.

I'm stuck in a rut on the way I dress. I've worn the same clothes, the evil elastic waste pants, since I put on weight and kept the pants I wore when I was skinnier. Now I'm loosing the weight, and fit in some of the pants, I can't seem to get myself mentally to change the clothes. When I put on the pants I focus on what I don't like about my body and probably exaggerate them. On the other hand, the pants I wear are too big and I know I don't look good in them.

I'm tired of the cycle of being comfortable and want to break it. Any suggestions?
