I do love the idea of dancing! One evening when it was cold and snowing I cranked up Pandora Radio with dance music and danced around the house for about 40 minutes. My husband and son thought I'd lost my mind!!
Maybe I'll have to put a little skip in my step when I'm outside! I think I'll look for some different music to listen to depending on my mood!
Thanks for your feedback!

Dance while you're walking. Find new places to walk.

If you do what you always do, you will get what you always get. To get something different you have to do what you never did.

The sun is starting to pop out through out the state. I love getting outside for some physical activity! Tonight, we parked about 2 miles from our little community and walked to dinner, then walked back to the vehicle.
I love to hike but I get bored with hiking the same trails over and over again. I am getting better at jogging but I get bored with that too!
What does everyone do to keep things interesting? Any ideas to break up the monotony?
