Hi Jackie. I just joined last night. I live in the Sidney area, and I'm at 156 and am asthmatic. I coach my 9 year old daughter's soccer team and I just need to lose enough to stop wheezing so much, and get my BMI in the right place. Good Luck too you, and have a Wonderful Day!!!

Hi everyone! My name is Jackie & I live in Gallipolis, OH. (anybody near there?) My midwife diagnosed me with PMDD, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder(psycho hormones), last Monday and prescribed me Paxil. Well, since last Monday, I have lost 8 pounds! I am so happy! I was scared at first because I read so many things online about how people gain weight like crazy on it, but I seem to be doing the opposite. I feel really good and don't have that urge to comfort eat or graze or snack. My taste have also changed. Sweets don't taste good to me anymore! Neither does anything creamy, like white sauce or anything like that. So, since those types of foods are out, I've been eating mostly fruits, veggies, & chicken. The thing that I need to start doing now is working out regularly. I hate working out. I hate it with a passion! I do, however, enjoy playing Just Dance, so I've been playing that for about 15 minutes at a time. I weight 287 & 15 minutes is about all I can handle at the moment, but I will work up to longer sessions. Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and that I'm excited to be losing weight and having joined the team! :)
