I had a huge accomplishment today. I learned how to stumble and fall off my
food plan and recover. I had an awfully stressful day at work today and
resorted to soothing myself with chocolate. In the past I would have just
kept going and binging on any junk food I could find. This time I was
able to stop and realize that the outcome was under my control. So I went
for a short walk to calm down, tracked the chocolate accurately, and fixed a
salad for dinner. Now I am back on track and it feels fantastic!
