Way to go! Sometimes it is so hard to stop the spiral once you start! Great job.
Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength
I must learn to love the fool in me- the one who feels too much, talks too much, takes too many chances, wins sometimes and loses often, lacks self-control, loves and hates, hurts and gets hurt, promises and breaks promises, laughs and cries...
I had a huge accomplishment today. I learned how to stumble and fall off my food plan and recover. I had an awfully stressful day at work today and resorted to soothing myself with chocolate. In the past I would have just kept going and binging on any junk food I could find. This time I was able to stop and realize that the outcome was under my control. So I went for a short walk to calm down, tracked the chocolate accurately, and fixed a salad for dinner. Now I am back on track and it feels fantastic!
