I have been a vegetarian since I was 10, and started following a mostly vegan diet 2 years ago. Being a vegetarian is so much easier now than it was 20 years ago, before all of the convenience items such as "veggie burgers" were on the market. It used to be a daily struggle but now its only difficult when I go out. Most restaurants though are happy to make something off menu, and if they won't then I don't go back.

I've been a vegetarian for almost two years and I still haven't quite figured out how to eat the fruits and veggies part instead of the fried and cheesy. I mean, I know I love fruits and vegetables but I'm already a cook and I hate cooking once I'm home. So, it makes it hard to want to prepare all the delicious things I should be eating when all I have to do is open a bag and get food instantly.
Hi Krissy, I'm Anne. I'm Canadian living in Niles, OH. My hubby is a prof at KSU. I'm vegetarian. Very hard to find decent 'good organic' foods here! I go to Cleveland every few months to buy groceries. I LOVE Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Mustard Seed.
I'm a personal trainer and Zumba insructor.
