I too feel an sense of anxiety because there are a bunch of things that need to be done, and I feel like I'm missing something even though I'm not.
On an a better note, I'm feeling my swimming has improved a lot since the beginning of the year. I'm comfortable in the deep pool. I can swim several laps freestyles and backstroke. I can jump into the pool from the side, the low board, and the high board. I'm still working on the breast stroke and fly and getting a non-flop dive, but I'll get there.
I need something to help me gauge progress, so I'm starting the zero to 1650 that someone posted on here once. I'm good for the first week, and now I'm going to try going for 200 yards straight for week 2, let's see how that goes...
