Busy, busy...all of us and yet we are still swimming! Yeah for us.

My goal for this week is 3swims, 1 bike and 1 elliptical and then Try Your Own Try on either Saturday or Sunday depending on the weather.

So far 2 swims and 1 bike - done.

I've also set a goal of entering my nutrition EVERY day and keeping within my 1550 calories. So far so good!

I had a fitness evaluation while on the cruise (during one of those 6 days at sea) and yes, I do need to lose 15 pounds. The good news my body fat has gone from 32% in June to 30% emoticon

Any amount of swimming is sure better than none, Heather. And Gioriana, keep working that program. I remember barely being able to do 25 yards and just kept at it increasing the distance and intensity each time. Eventually, I got there.

Speaking of swimming, after a tough night of threshold testing on the computrainer last night, I did 3,350 yards of swimming this AM. No rest for the wicked, then.....And I have tennis tonight. So tired! Just wanna go to bed!

I'm sorry to hear that you guys are suffering from anxiety, that is just so hard to combat. Hopefully it will leave you soon!

I continue to work on my tile job...man, why did I want a master bedroom with an office? I'll be tiling for days! I'm taking a lunch break, but I have to have everything cleaned up by 2:30 when the kids our out of school because I told them I'd take them up to Pismo Beach to hit the surf shops. I have to run out to BevMo to but little alcohol bottles for my daughters 21st birthday. I'm having a fun day!

I too feel an sense of anxiety because there are a bunch of things that need to be done, and I feel like I'm missing something even though I'm not.

On an a better note, I'm feeling my swimming has improved a lot since the beginning of the year. I'm comfortable in the deep pool. I can swim several laps freestyles and backstroke. I can jump into the pool from the side, the low board, and the high board. I'm still working on the breast stroke and fly and getting a non-flop dive, but I'll get there.

I need something to help me gauge progress, so I'm starting the zero to 1650 that someone posted on here once. I'm good for the first week, and now I'm going to try going for 200 yards straight for week 2, let's see how that goes...

Heather - Yay for getting in a swim!!!

I have a dentist appointment today. I'm not terribly excited about it, of course, but I am happy to leave work early. Until then, though, my day is going to be pretty hectic.

This week has been a rough week. My anxiety has been through the charts since early Sunday morning and I'm not sure why. Hoping it passes soon.

XOXO

Good Morning! I'm running a bit behind because I got myself to the pool and had a nice little swim this morning. Only 20 minutes, but that's all I had and I'm glad I did it!

I'll be a bit more scarce than normal the next week as I do audit stuff, so I hope you are all doing well and have a great week. We're so busy, aren't we!!??

Have a FUN and ACTIVE day!!!
