It's baaaaaaaccccckkkkkkk, Summer Time and Fun.........
What are you doing to stay fit, healthy, and fun, fun, fun, during this time???? Here are a few things to take into consideration when dealing with high heat and for the sake of staying beautiful and having fun while doing so...
1) Water, water, water --drink and hydrate your body -- drink, drink & drink plenty of water, so you will not get dehydrated.......
2) Eat plenty fruits and veggies.........now is the time to showcase and have those beautiful salads...be it fruit, seafood, veggie, or just a mixed garden variety of lettuce........and don't douse with heavy salad dressing, make a citrusy viniagrette dressing.
3) Grilling, is a good way to have your meats or seafood.................mmmmmm
LEAVE THE ALCOHOL ALONE, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE..........try to make healthy sprizters with a spring of mint and a pureed fruit, like mango, peach, or any fruit that your heart desires, and then add Pierrier Sparkling Water.....such a wonderful drink and much healthier.
