Because I'm training for a bikini competition in brazil, i train 6 days a week. I do split training 5 days a week and 1 day is for cardio and massage.

I try to walk 2 miles at least 4 times a week, and do strength 3 times a week.

Losing weight for me is not an option. It is something that must be done to keep my whole body balanced, for a longer and healthier life.

I am a member of a gym that is about 10 mins up the road from me. My goal is to go 5-6 days a week right after i get off from work. It does take a lot of discipline. My trainer wants me to be down 79 pounds by March 20, 2012 (my 20th b-day!!). She told me that if I keep consistent with my workouts and my diet, the weight will just fall off of me. And I must say my jeans are already getting more lose; especially in the thigh area and waist. So exciting!!

Im just gettn back into the groove of working out myself. Went to the gym today and did some cardio on the treadmill and bicycle. Came home and did strength training with my 3 lbs dumbells. Can't wait to get my new body.

2012 mean new workout schedule- Increasing workouts to 6 days a week from 3
For the month of January
3 days Zumba class for 60 min
3 days Zumba Dance Party Wii for at least 40 min
Sparkpeople 10 min toning videos- 1 video per day

I usually work out 4 times a week as follows:
Monday and Wednesday = 30 mins Strength Training and 1 hr Water Aerobics
Tuesday and Thursday = Water Aerobics

*Sometimes Saturday = 30 mins Strength Training and 1 hr Water Aerobics

4-5 days a week usually spin up hills on high levels on a stationary bike at the gym for 40-60 min then weight training. It works like a charm. Just takes alot of discipline and focus. If I don't feel like going to the gym, I'll put in a Jillian Michaels dvd, which is also very effective.

I am just now getting to the point of setting up my sparkpage and preparing for my "Healthy Transition". I am taking baby steps. So this week I plan to take a zumba class 2 days a week and walk at least 30 minutes each day. I am determined to take back my health/fitness. emoticon

For the last 3 weeks I've been working out 5-6 days. I'll usually take an hour long class @ the gym or play basketball by myself or with the kids. I've just started including strength training. I walked/ran my 1st 5K last Sunday an had a blast. I'll have to challenge myself to workout in the morning too.

I workout 6 to 7 times a week, cardio, strength training and walking, with varying times - 10 minutes to 60 minutes.

What you put in your mouth in private shows in public!!

It doesn't matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not stop. Don't quit!!

My goal is to work out 5 days a week (3 cardio and 2 strength training). However, I have only been working out about 2 days per week (cardio). The wobbly legs (during strength training) have been discouraging. emoticon

I try to work out 4-5 times each week for 30-120min. I try to do a long day (120min.) at least once a week (This is where I go to 2 group fitness classes a day). I split the workouts up as much as possibe to avoid getting bored and to keep up the excitement.

I do Zumba 3 times a week, and I try to do some kind of strength training at least once a week (but that doesn't seem to happen).Zumba is a GREAT workout. It is hip hop, latin, and reggae dance type workout. It's more like dancing than actually working out. If you enjoy dancing this is a great way to get cardio, and have an hour fly by. I do the videotapes and the group classes, and enjoy them both.

I've heard about Zumba, well I heard people say they were doing it, what is it exactly? I heard it works pretty well! I dont work out enough for sure and I need something structured like a class because when im in the gym, i dont push hard enough!!! Thanks :)

Right now I work out 3 days a week. I do zumba on those 3 days but I try to do a 2-3 miles walk per day. I have been thinking about increasing my workouts to 5 days by adding some home workouts twice a week. This will be easier once my son goes back to school in September.

I work out 6 days a week. I do the 5K challenge 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and I am on the last week of the challenge. The 5 K race day is Friday. I do this after I work out with my trainer. We typically do a lot of strength training. It is so much harder than I imagine. Burpees anyone??
The days that I don't work out with him or participate in the 5K challenge. I do cardio of some sort,either stairmastr, the elliptical, ride a bike or walk/run for an hour. My exercisin is on target, it the eating that I am challened with
