It's okay to have a few bad days. Have a good time with your Dad and enjoy the time you have together.I know that the weekends are usually bad for me. We have a family get together on Saturday and I know there will be lots of tempations.
Today I did 30 min on the treadmill and also got in my strength training. My trainer gave me a new workout Tuesday and I really like it. I can do most of it at home if I can't get to the gym.
