Yesterday I walked 40 min on the treadmill and I am off tp the gym soon. i will be walking and doing strength work today. Have a healthy weekend. What's the challenge for next week? Sarah

It's okay to have a few bad days. Have a good time with your Dad and enjoy the time you have together.I know that the weekends are usually bad for me. We have a family get together on Saturday and I know there will be lots of tempations.

Today I did 30 min on the treadmill and also got in my strength training. My trainer gave me a new workout Tuesday and I really like it. I can do most of it at home if I can't get to the gym.

You'll be back on track Sunday. We'll start a new challenge!!

You are doing great; keep it going! My dad came down yesterday and will be here til Saturday. While I had every intention of exercising 4 times for 30 minutes this week, it ain't going to happen. Nutritionally, I haven't done the greatest either, although it could be worse. Anyway, a new week starts Sunday and I will once again get myself back on track.emoticonTake care.

I just got done with 40min of Turbojam instead of walking today. Then I go to gym to meet with my trainer. The scale was not kind today. I have gained two pounds. I really need to watch my food. I hope everyone has a great day. Sarah
