Ladies, I see some of us are stuck in a rut. I think if we join forces and truly commit to this challenge we will lose some weight, but we will have to be willing to go past our comfort zone.if you can't do everything on this list just do as much as you can.This challenge will start october1st-december23rd.
50 lunges each leg
50 jumping jacks
10 push ups or how many you can do.
30 or 60 min. cardio exercise
post your weight once a week under this thread
tell your team members when you need support.
we can do this ladies no more excuse's, my knees hurt too.but I'm willing to try this.
