Are any of you taking a Potassium supplement? I bought one yesterday and was thinking I'd take it a few times per week if I know I haven't eaten any foods naturally high in potassium. I also looked at my multi and it didn't have any potassium which surprised me.
well if your doctor says your in a accetable range keep doing what your doing. and as far as the goals that you don't meet, what are they? maybe it's something someone else is having trouble with also or maybe just give some advice.
I figured I would work on my potassium as well for the same reasons. I never come close to making my goal here at Spark, yet my doc said I was in acceptable ranges when they did my blood work so I don't know what to do.

I am trying to up my potassium, it is supposed to help blood pressure. I printed out an article about foods that are high in potassium so that I could work them into my diet more. Here are some links to articles.
