Hi, i wonder hoy do you rate the intensity??? I have reached 1490 points at tennis, so i'm pro now... but apart from that i can't tell how hard it has to be... all i can tell is i sweat like a pig (i don't know if you use that expression...) when i play boxing, even more when i use training boxing games..

Okay....so today (yesterday actually) is the start of our November Challenge!!! Are yall ready??? I think it'll be better if we each keep a running total of our minutes in each post....Here's what it should look like :)

Keep in mind intensity level is optional and if you chose to rate it, it should be rated as follows: 1=Light 2=Moderate 3=Hard and 4=Very Hard - look at previous posts for the "talk test" if you have any problems gauging your level :)...and most of all HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
