There is a site like Netflix for video games that you can rent them. It's called Game Fly. Here's the link if you want to check it out.

Many times you can rent them at video stores. Blockbuster has a lot of them :)

I had no idea you could rent wii games like you can DVD's. Where can you rent them? Is that at Game Spot too? I'd love to do that before buying something I may not like that well.

Thank you so very much, I'll have to check into renting the Exerbeat out and try it.

Aerobics is more walking type moves. Latin Dance has no twisting. Even the hip hop really has no twisting. I can't twist because of my back and it doesn't bother me. You could try renting it first and see how it works for you ;)

Lasarre- What is that Exerbeat like? I have been looking into it to buy, but I can't do dances that are twisting your body or wild type dancing. Could you give me an example of the songs they have playing and a little bit of the movements please.

I also do whatever appeals to me on a given day. I tend to do Walk it Out a lot because I can do that along with the Treadmill or Leslie Sansone and collect chips as I go. I also like Exerbeat. The hiphop on there is a really good workout. I also like the Just Dance workouts.

I'd never heard of Game Stop, but I checked and there is one about a half mile from me! I called and they don't have the "Walk It Out" game, but their store in Chesterfield, Missouri, which is about 1-1/2 hours drive for me, has it for $17.99. That's a great price considering they don't make it anymore and what people want for it on eBay. But I don't think I want it that bad to drive that far. I have a lot of Wii games and I think I'll stick with them.

But I'm sending you a HUGE thank you!!! for telling me about the Game Stop store and to find out I have one so close to me....I'll be checking that one out SOON.

GODFREYGIRL142- If you have a Game Stop in your town, it's pretty reasonable there as far as price. I have 3 Walk it out games, just in case one messes up

The ones I know that use the spreadsheet are just doing it on the MS program.

WHEW Friskyboy.....you almost wore me out just reading what all you do. But it gave me some hints and now I'm going to go do the same things....except I don't have the "Walk It Out" program. It's SO expensive....even on eBay. But I'll do the rest. Thanks for the hints.

Hi I'm new to this discussion forum. I have several Wii games, but I don't have a routine. I just take the ones Love doing and away I go. My favorite at this time is the Wii Fit Rhythm boxing. What games I usually play are, Rhythm Boxing, Walk it out, Parade Marching, Basic Steps, Hula Hoop, and Then Down hill skiing, one round of Basic running, ( knee problems). Tennis, bowling, golf, softball, Island bike, and probably several more, there are so many. :)

Hi there AmyLou....I have a question for you. I've also been doing whatever appeals to me at the time....the workout games and some of the 'just workouts'. But you wrote "However, I have seen people make weekly/monthly spreadsheets and plug a different game in to each day."

Are they setting up these spreadsheets on the Wii programs or on an the MS Excel program? I was just curious to see if I'm missing something I could be doing on my Wii. Thanks.

I was using WiiFit Plus but I got bored with that. I have been doing Gold's Gym Cardio for about 3 weeks, daily. I do the hardcore prepared workout, and then more to get my punch count over 1000. Yesterday I got My Fitness Coach 2 and that also has preset workouts. I've done two of those but I don't know how long I can keep up the 2-games-everyday streak alive.

I don't have a specific routine I just usually do whatever appeals to me at the time.

However, I have seen people make weekly/monthly spreadsheets and plug a different game in to each day. This keeps them on task of exercising as well as mixing it up with different games.

I hope I'm posting on the correct forum....if not, I'm sorry. I was hoping some of you might share your daily, semi-daily and such, routines you do with your Wii workouts. I'm thinking maybe I have too many because I get confused as to which to do and end up doing just a bit of each.

Wii games I have are Fit Plus, Sports Resort, Abba You Can Dance, Sports Active & More Workouts 2 Game Bundle, Gold's Gym Cardio Workout and Your Shape by Jenny McCarthy with the motion tracking camera.....WHEW!! emoticon

Maybe you can see why I get confused as to what to do and when. Could some of you post your routines and maybe that might give me some direction on keeping a regular thing going on here instead of jumping around. Thanks all....BTW....I really like this forum. Since I've had my Wii (about a month now), I like to come here and read posts to get suggestions.
