I hope I'm posting on the correct forum....if not, I'm sorry. I was hoping some of you might share your daily, semi-daily and such, routines you do with your Wii workouts. I'm thinking maybe I have too many because I get confused as to which to do and end up doing just a bit of each.
Wii games I have are Fit Plus, Sports Resort, Abba You Can Dance, Sports Active & More Workouts 2 Game Bundle, Gold's Gym Cardio Workout and Your Shape by Jenny McCarthy with the motion tracking camera.....WHEW!!
Maybe you can see why I get confused as to what to do and when. Could some of you post your routines and maybe that might give me some direction on keeping a regular thing going on here instead of jumping around. Thanks all....BTW....I really like this forum. Since I've had my Wii (about a month now), I like to come here and read posts to get suggestions.
