Of course check with your doctor first. I know that most doctors will tell you that you can keep exercising as long as you don't over do it. I'm at 34 weeks and just recently have stopped exercising because of being so tired even though it would probably help me a ton!!!
I've done Walk It Out, Just Dance, Wii Fit, and there's another one but I can't think of it. Good luck!!!

hi everyone, I am in my second trimester of my first pregnancy.I have been avoiding doing wii fit since I found out I was pregnant.I would like to do some of the yoga poses, but I am a bit scared to do some of them and also some of the exercises.can anyone please tell me which ones are safe to do and which ones aren't safe to do for pregnant ladies?
