I use the Spark fitness estimates. I really don't have anything to compare them to, so they work for me. Every once in a while, when I can't find my exercise here, I will google it and see what other sites say.
My heart rate watch also tells me how many calories I burned. I will use that. Otherwise, I would just use the estimates from on here. The ones on here seem to be the closest to the ones that I've actually had.
I have a watch that records my average heart rate during exercise as well as distance covered. Is there a way to get my calories burned from this information? What is the most accurate way to gauge my calories burned? It seems like just using my weight and time on the spark calculator i found doesn't factor in how high my heart rate is. Sigh, the online calculators i found seem to give different estimates and i'm getting really frustrated and discouraged. Hope someone here knows a better accurate way to count.
