I love Exerbeat, especially Martial Arts and Kickboxing. My arms are actually sore the next day and I definitely break a sweat. Plus it's fun!

Keep doing Exerbeat and you will unlock the longer exercises. 50 min of karate is long enough for me. Pam

I love Exerbeat too! The only thing that I don't like too much is that I have to keep stopping every few minutes to select another exercise. I do like that it has so much to offer.
Just Dance 3 is one of my favorites. I highly recommend it, MHUTTON. I also love Just Dance Summer Party.

I just ordered off of Amazon. I keep seeing Exerbeat here and there and I never see it at Walmart or Gamestop so I just ordered it. I'll have it next week. How exciting!!

On my list to buy:
Zumba for the Xbox Kinect
Just Dance 3 for Wii or Kinect
UFC Training for Xbox Kinect

Well.... I bought my 4 Wii games including Zumba and Yoga and they are not suitable for me. They are NTSC and we are PAL here in Australia. Amazon were great - they refunded the money straight away. However, this does not solve my problem - I wanted the discs! So I will just have to keep an eye out in the shops here in Australia. emoticon

I'm a big fan too, Lemon. I have had it for a year and still use it almost everyday.

Josie,
I got mine from Amazon..... I am so glad that I did ! There is much to explore, I just happened to remark on the two that I tried today.

One thing I did do, was buy a second Wii remote for my set up. You don't HAVE to do this of course, but the exercises do track the movements of both remotes if you use two of them, so you get a little bit tighter "scoring" than if you just do them with one. Honestly though, I would do them with NO remotes...it seems like that much fun. And I feel a little goofy doing the dancing exercises, but what the heck; Im alone in my living room, so I can look like an uncoordinated turkey dancing, and who cares ??? I'll not be on "So You Think You Can Dance" any time soon, thats for sure!!!

lol,
lemon

..just sayin......

This is going to become one of my favourite Wii workout routines. I find the Karate and Boxing exercises more effective than the rhythm boxing on the Wii Fit DVD, and EXERBEAT actually makes me break a sweat and sustain a higher heart beat. Both have their place, but this little video is underrated, I think..... I'm really turning into a fan !!!
